about Ohio Domestic Violence Network

Coalition Work

ODVN demonstrates its commitment to the prevention of family violence and other forms of oppression by the thoughtful and intentional steps it has taken to institutionalize prevention at all organizational levels. In addition to strategically-designed services, the coalition has diligently trained its executive, administrative and program staff in prevention. Likewise, prevention is integrated into agency publications and communications. ODVN membership is represented through coalition participation in several state and national health and criminal justice groups engaging in prevention. Among the work groups and meetings attended by the Prevention Team are:

Ohio Sexual & Intimate Partner Violence Prevention Consortium (The Consortium): Those interested in membership are encouraged to contact Rebecca Cline at rebeccac@odvn.org, Lynn Bilal at lbilal@oaesv.org, or Debra Seltzer at Debra.Seltzer@odh.ohio.gov.
