A: The online training academy is not intended to
replace the face-to-face training and technical assistance that ODVN
offers or that your organization provides for your staff. The online
academy is intended to supplement the training offerings and is another
tool that you and your staff can rely on to stay up-to-date on the
latest best practices.
Q. How can staff members obtain access to the site?
A. ODVN will create user accounts for your staff
members and accounts will be setup through early 2017. Please contact

new staff members will be able to self-register at

Q: Help! I forget my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?
A: There is an option on the login page to retrieve a
lost username and password. Visit https://odvn.docebosaas.com/ and look
for the prompt to retrieve your password/username just below the login
Q: What training and support will be available for the online training academy?
A: ODVN will be hosting a training webinar (date
t.b.d.) to provide further training on the platform and to answer any
questions you may have as you get started. Support videos and documents
will also be forthcoming.
