Support and How-To videos The online academy provides free, best-practices training to the domestic violence program staff members in the state of Ohio. Login credentials will be created for all staff members and provided to programs in January 2017.

Q: What changes does this mean for the technical assistance and training that ODVN provides?

A: The online training academy is not intended to replace the face-to-face training and technical assistance that ODVN offers or that your organization provides for your staff. The online academy is intended to supplement the training offerings and is another tool that you and your staff can rely on to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices.

Q. How can staff members obtain access to the site?

A. ODVN will create user accounts for your staff members and accounts will be setup through early 2017. Please contact training@odvn.org with any questions. After the initial setup, future new staff members will be able to self-register at https://odvn.docebosaas.com/.

Q: Where do I login to access the online learning platform?

A: The login page is https://odvn.docebosaas.com/.

Q: Help! I forget my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?

A: There is an option on the login page to retrieve a lost username and password. Visit https://odvn.docebosaas.com/ and look for the prompt to retrieve your password/username just below the login box.

Q: What training and support will be available for the online training academy?

A: ODVN will be hosting a training webinar (date t.b.d.) to provide further training on the platform and to answer any questions you may have as you get started. Support videos and documents will also be forthcoming.
